Crossroads Missions
Missions is one of our Core Value Statements at Crossroads Church. We believe in sharing God’s love and grace to people whom never heard it. Whether across the street or across the globe, we believe it is a fundamental human right for all people to hear a clear presentation of who Jesus is.
Our approach to missions comes from Acts 1:8 where it challenges us to be witnesses to Jerusalem, Judea-Samaria, and the Uttermost parts of the earth. This paints a picture of making an impact where we live and working outward from there. OKC is our “Jerusalem” and we’ve adopted two nations to pour all of our missions efforts into.
Brazil
Mozambique
We are partnering with Assemblies of God World Missionaries and International Kid’s Ministries “King’s Castle” to reach people in Rio De Janeiro as well as reaching unreached tribes along the Amazon river, near the city of Manaus. Our help in Brazil is still very new, but we’ve already helped to build a church and provide a clean water well for a village in the Amazon.
We partner with Assemblies of God World Missionaries in the capital city of Maputu as well as missionaries through Good News Ministries International in the city of Tete to help build churches. Since 2018 we have built 20 churches!
Upcoming Trips for 2023
We are sending two teams to Brazil in 2023. One team will go to Rio De Janeiro to work with King’s Castle. The second team will go to Manaus to work with villages in the Amazon.
